Membership Criteria

You must be a parent, grandparent, or guardian who lives on the San Mateo coast, between Montara and Pescadero, and is expecting a child or has at least one child. 

 

Membership Period and Renewals

The membership period runs from March 1 to February 28 of each year. Everyone renews on the same date regardless of when they joined.

 

A grace period has been established for new members who join the club in January and February. These members will not be charged the renewal fee for the renewal period which starts on March 1 of the same year.

 

Renewal notices are sent via email. Members must log onto the system to renew. They can pay their dues via either check (mailed to CFC, PO Box 331, El Granada 94018) or credit card.

 

A member's account will be considered Expired if payment is not received by March 1 and Inactive if not received by March 6. Once an account is inactive, benefits discontinue.

 


FAQ 

1. I am already a Coastside Families Club (CFC) member. How do I find out my login information?
When your payment has been processed (either via credit card or check) you will receive an email with your username and temporary password. If you have lost your login information, please email webmaster@coastsidemothersclub.org and include your full name. 
 

2. I've joined the CFC, but why can't I access the Members Only section of the web site? 
If you joined the CFC and paid by check, your membership is not active until our Membership Coordinator receives your payment. This can sometimes take up to two weeks to process. Once we receive your payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you paid with a credit card and received a username and password, but are still having trouble accessing the Member content, please email webmaster@coastsidemothersclub.org


3. I want to cancel my membership. How can I do that?

 

The following are reasons for cancellation (we do not refund membership dues):
• A member can request cancellation by notifying the Membership Coordinators.
• The club can cancel membership if annual dues are not current.
• The club can cancel membership if a member does not adhere to the By-Laws.
