Job Description


The Secretary takes minutes at all board meetings or arranges for them to be taken and distributes them to board member prior to the next scheduled meeting. The Secretary assists the other board members in their record keeping as necessary, is responsible for organizing and running all ballots (if necessary) and incorporating approved amendments into the body of these Bylaws.
